Lowe’s Confirms Two Employees Have Mumps

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Officials at Lowe’s say two of their customer support center employees are confirmed to have mumps.

A news release says approximately 4,000 people work at the Customer Support Center in Mooresville.

Lowe’s says they have communicated with employees and provided the health department’s information about preventing and treating mumps to employees.

Lowe’s has also asked all employees to check their personal vacation records to determine if they and their families are up-to-date on the vaccine.

Lowe’s added more hand sanitizer stations on the campus and will continue to work closely with health officials in efforts to keep their employees healthy.
