Cloudy And Damp Through Wednesday.

A cloudy and wet pattern is expected to last through Wednesday. Showers and drizzle are expected into the first half of Tuesday before we get a break Tuesday afternoon and early evening. Another round of rain and thunderstorms will arrive Tuesday night and linger until sunset Wednesday. Most areas will receive 2-3 inches of rain over the next 48 hours, but isolated amounts over 3 inches are possible. In addition to heavy rain, isolated severe storms are possible Wednesday afternoon. The cold front responsible for the this unsettled weather will move through the region late Wednesday ending our rain chances. Sunny skies and near normal temperatures are expected Thursday into next weekend.

Tuesday Night: Cloudy skies with showers developing overnight. Low 48°. NE wind 10-20 mph.

Wednesday: Showers and storms, isolated severe storms possible. High 65°. S wind 15-25 mph, higher gusts.
