CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A student at UNC Charlotte has been diagnosed with the mumps.
Officials say the student lives off campus and is in isolation at his home.
According to the media relations department, a second student who reported possibly symptoms has tested negative for mumps.
There have been no other confirmed cases of mumps among the UNC Charlotte student body.
