CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a Charlotte man is wanted after he cut off his electronic monitoring device.
Juharold Vann was court ordered to wear an electronic device as a condition for his pre-trial release, for an assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill charge. Police say that he cut off the device in the area of Markland Drive in east Charlotte.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Vann should immediately contact the Violent Crime Apprehension Team at 704-336-VCAT or call 911.
