Wilson’s World: Enjoying the Outdoors at Camp Thunderbird

Summer is more fun, and even educational, when the kids enjoy it at Camp Thunderbird.

LAKE WYLIE, S.C. – YMCA’s Camp Thunderbird has been a summer fun stop for kids since 1936.  Located just outside of Charlotte, the camp offers both day camp and resident camp for kids during the summer.  Wilson was at the camp this morning to introduce us to the camp and find out just how much fun the kids enjoy the camp.

Wilson enjoyed talking to both the kids and the counselors at the camp.  Especially one young camper named Sebastian who watches Rising every morning and looks up to one particular person on the show.
