Police Investigating Armed Robbery in Huntersville

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Police responded to the Brownlee Jewelers on Sam Furr Road on Thursday regarding an armed robbery.

Two males entered the business and one of the suspects brandished a weapon. An undisclosed amount of jewelry was stolen during the robbery.

One suspect was described as a black male wearing a grey shirt with dark sleeves, black pants, black tennis shoes, and black gloves. The second suspect is described as a white male wearing a black short-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, white socks, black tennis shoes, and black gloves.

Both suspects were wearing teal in color motorcycle helmets during the robbery and left the area on a black and silver motorcycle.
