Our best chance for rain will arrive Friday as a front approaches from the northwest. Scattered showers and storms will be possible during the morning but a better chance for rain will arrive during the afternoon and evening. Any storm that develops will have the potential to produce heavy rain, frequent lightning, gusty winds, and hail. Friday will be another hot day with highs in the low to mid 90s. Saturday and Sunday will be warm and muggy with highs in the upper 80s. An isolated afternoon or evening storm is possible but we are not expecting a washout.
