Wilson’s World: KidsFest and Weddings at Carowinds
Cortni Bryant and James Music share their wedding vows on Carowinds Fury 325 giga-coaster this morning.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Cortni Bryant and James Music had their first date at Carowinds and rode Fury 325 more than a dozen times. So when deciding on where to have their wedding, it made perfect sense to exchange vows while traveling 95 miles an hour and plunging 325 feet down on Carowinds’ Fury 325 giga-coaster.
As the couple was preparing for their big ride, Wilson was with them to get a little more insight on why they wanted to have their ceremony on the coaster. Cortni and James boarded the coaster and were married right after 9am this morning.
Wilson also had the opportunity to spend a little time with a group of kids that were enjoying working on a Lowe’s Build & Grow project. Lowe’s will be part of KidsFest Carowinds this weekend. KidsFest will also include Choo Choo Soul. Atomz Lab, music, entertainment and of course lots of rides. KidsFest will be help at Planet Snoopy and runs both Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 17th.
