Wilson’s World: Previewing ‘Yelp Live & Local’
Yelp Live & Local event on August 4th to raise funds for Behailu Academy.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Yelp Charlotte will go “Live and Local” on Thursday, August 4th so Wilson was at The Underground today to find out more about the event.
Over 45 local vendors will come together at the Underground for a night of free food, beverages and entertainment to raise money for their non-profit Behailu Academy. Behailu Academy empowers youth to find and use their voices through the arts, academic support, and community service.
“Yelp Live and Local” is a free event, but a reservation is required. A minimum donation of $10 for the charity is requested. For every $5 donation you give, you will receive a free raffle ticket. The event runs from 7pm until 9pm.

Just a few of the many vendors that will be at the ‘Live and Local’ are Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Cupcrazed Cakery, and T. Reid and Company Salon and Spa.
