Wilson’s World: Pinky’s Westside Grill

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Pinky’s Westside Grill has Wilson’s favorite fried pickles.  So it was no surprise when Wilson stopped in at Pinky’s one of the first things he dove into was the place of fried pickles while chatting with Pinky’s owner, Greg Auten.

Pinky’s Westside Grill on West Morehead Street has been a Charlotte staple for years and their Huntersville location is just as popular.  Although Pinky’s makes a great burger, they also offer a large menu of vegan and vegetarian choices as well as special collection of specialty cocktails and beverages.  And, they now also do catering.
