BEVERLY HILLS, C.A. — The husband of former WWE star Stacy Keibler is suing Cam Newton for damaging a luxury rental home in Beverly Hills, California.
TMZ Sports is reporting that Newton is being sued by Keibler’s husband, Jared Pobre, for $270,324.47 plus legal fees to cover damages and lost rental income.

According to TMZ Sports, Cam Newton “agreed there would be no parties, no smoking and no more than eight guests allowed in the rental home”, but apparently a housekeeper told the Pobre’s company that Newton broke those contract stipulations.
The lawsuit comes as Carolina is 1-3, and Cam Newton’s status for Monday Night’s game against Tampa Bay has yet to be determined due to a concussion.
