Troy’s Everyday Eats: Teaming Up with Chef Vivian Howard to Help Out Hurricane Matthew Victims

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Chef Troy has teamed up with award winning Chef Vivian Howard and other chef’s in the area for their Fish Stew Rescue this weekend to help raise money for Hurricane Matthew victims in Eastern North Carolina.
Chef Troy will work with Chef Chris Coleman and the team at Stoke restaurant in the Marriott downtown to be part of the effort to prepare and sell the fish stew on Friday, November 4th from 11am-1pm. Proceeds from the lunch will go towards these relief efforts.
In preparation for his participation this Friday in the Fish Stew Rescue Chef Troy prepares an Eastern North Carolina style catfish stew and a classic loaf white bread.
