CHARLOTTE, N.C. — TripAdvisor has released a list of the most booked international travel destinations immediately following the Presidential Election.
United States travelers searching for a respite from the grueling campaign season turned to their neighbors for relief.
According to TripAdvisor, Mexico and Canada were the countries most booked for international travel by U.S. travelers from midnight on Wednesday, November 9th, until 1 p.m. of the same day.
The rest of the top 10 included The United Arab Emirates, The United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, France, India, Thailand, and Spain.
The top 10 international cities included Dubai, London, Paris, Cabo San Lucas, Rome, San Juan, Punta Cana, Puerto Vallarta, Toronto, and Bangkok.
