Meet Manuel & Mercy : Pet Project (11/25)

CHARLOTTE, NC —

Manuel is a 5 month old pit mix, male (will be neutered), and weighs 30 lbs. He arrived on 10/17/16 as a stray. Manuel is a handsome 5-month-old pit bull terrier and Labrador retriever mix who weighs 30 pounds. This energetic, playful, young dog likes to be with people and give kisses to win affection. He has been known to get along well with other dogs and is treat-motivated so he will be easy to train. If you are looking for a happy, affectionate dog who will keep you smiling, Manuel may be the one for you. Stop by for a visit and see if this adorable, loving pup can convince you to take him home.

Mercy is a 3 year old Pit mix, neutered and weighs 42 lbs. He was surrendered on 11/10/16 due to lack of time to care for him. Mercy is a good boy! This poor pup has seen a lot of change in his young life and is growing increasingly frustrated with living in our kennels (can you blame him?) Mercy is a volunteer favorite because is he very affectionate & attentive. He appears to have been previously trained to sit on cue and would be receptive to further positive-reinforcement based training. Mercy is looking for a dedicated family that will take him with them if they move or life circumstances change.
