CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Since Thursday morning at 6am Wilson has been camping in the parking lot at Concord Mills Mall for our Salvation Army Angel Tree Stuff the Truck event. So, we wanted to see what 24 hours of camping in a mall parking lot in freezing temperatures would do to Wilson. We did find out that he cheated a little when he hopped inside his Parks Chevrolet Chevy Tahoe to shake the chill off. Wilson is a trooper, but he is also a big softie as we found out when he talked about one person who dropped by to visit him during the event.
If you weren’t able to stop by and have not yet adopted an angel, you can still do so from WCCB’s virtual Angel Tree by clicking HERE. And for those who have adopted an angel, gifts should be returned to the location where you picked out your angel by Saturday, December 10th. All of the details for adopting and returning gifts can be found at www.wccbcharlotte.com HERE.
Special thanks to Two Men and a Truck, Subway and Concord Mills Mall for their partnership in the Salvation Army Angel Tree Stuff the Truck event.
