Wilson is Amping Up the Polar Plunge Competition Between Nation Ford HS & Fort Mill HS

This year's Tegay Cay PD Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics of SC will be held Saturday, February 4th.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  While Wilson was previewing this year’s Tega Cay PD Polar Plunge coming up on February 4th, he was talking with Jason Johns, principal of Nation Ford High School the returning champ from last year’s Polar Plunge.  And a little bit of trash talk began when they talked about Nation Ford’s competition at the event, Fort Mill High School.  But the middle school kids are getting in on the fun as well.  Gold Hill Middle School principal Matt Wallace was talking about how excited he is about taking that cold water leap…uh, yeah.   And it is all in great fun for a great cause.

The Tega Cay PD Polar Plunge will once again benefit the Special Olympics of South Carolina.  The plunge will be held at the Tega Cay Beach Club.  For more information on the plunge and how you can sign up or donate go the website HERE.
