CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say one person is in custody after a stabbing at a motel in west Charlotte.
Police received a call that someone was stabbed at the Charlotte Plaza Inn on Queen City Drive near I-85 Monday afternoon.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say they have a suspect in custody and they believe the suspect and the victim are known to each other.
No other details have been released at this time.
