LINCOLNTON, N.C. — Investigators say they arrested a man for inappropriately touching a 12-year-old child.
Authorities say 34-year-old Phillip Vrchota touched the female child on various parts of her body while at his home in Lincoln County.
Vrchota has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. He is in jail under a $50,000 secured bond.
