LINCOLNTON, N.C. — A registered sex offender is accused of making indecent actions towards a child at park in Lincolnton.
Investigators say Brandon Sutton, 25, has been charged with taking indecent liberties with a child. He was arrested Wednesday morning at his home in Lincolnton.
He was placed in jail on a $100,000 bond. Sutton is on the registered sex offender list due to a conviction in 2010. Anyone with additional information on this case is asked to call 911.
