CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a driver is facing charges in a fatal accident that happened on March 16th in northeast Charlotte.
Investigators say Geraldine Brown died from injuries she sustained when her vehicle was rear-ended by a car driven by Taylor Adams.
The accident happened on WT Harris Blvd between Wachovia Dr and IBM Dr. Β Police say excessive speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
Adams has been charged with one count of misdemeanor death by vehicle.
