CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte Mecklenburg Police say Brookshire Boulevard at I-85 in both directions is expected to be shut down all day, on Thursday, due to downed traffic lights.
According to police, an accident occurred where a truck pulled down traffic lights, and the ramps onto I-85 will also be closed for the duration of the day.
CMPD says to expect delays and avoid the area if possible.
