WAXHAW, N.C. — Deputies say they arrested a Waxhaw man on multiple drug charges after searching his home.
Mark Dukas, 34, was arrested after police say they found numerous drugs while conducting a search warrant on his home on Waltham Forest Court.
Detectives say they seized a large quantity of amphetamines, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Dukas has been charged with felony possession of marijuana, trafficking amphetamines, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dukas is scheduled to be in court on May 15th.
