CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police say a SWAT situation in north Charlotte has ended after the suspect surrendered to officers.
SWAT was called out to a home on Concordia Avenue near North Graham Street. The suspect, Lavarchio Allen, is accused of breaking into someone’s home on Prospect Drive and taking several items. The victim said Allen was armed with a gun.
Allen will face charges from the robbery as well as charges from outstanding warrants.
