LINCOLNTON, N.C. — A Lincolnton teen has been charged with statutory rape of a child by an adult and indecent liberties with a child in connection to an incident that happened on May 28th, according to a news release.
Detectives say Kenneth Fredell, 18, inappropriately touched a 6-year-old girl. The incident reportedly happened at the victim’s home.
Fredell was placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $75,000 bond. He is expected in court on Thursday.
