HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Police are investigating after a man was caught taking photos of women at a Kohl’s in Huntersville.
Edgar Cruz-Bautista has been charged with felony secret peeping. The incident reportedly happened on Sunday at the Kohl’s on Sam Furr Road.
