Rain Chances Increase, Below Average Temperatures Continue

Thursday and Friday will be unsettled with periods of rain and storms. Some of the storms could be strong with gusty winds and locally heavy rain. An isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Temperatures will remain below average with highs only reaching the low to mid 80s. Conditions will rapidly improve Friday night with nice weather returning for the holiday weekend, highs in the low to mid 80s.
