CHARLOTTE, N.C. — CMPD is investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in Uptown Charlotte over the weekend. Β Police responded to North College Street Saturday afternoon after MEDIC was requested for an unknown trauma call.
The man, Joseph Bellamy, was pronounced dead on the scene. Β The medical examiner’s office ruled his death as a homicide. Β No other details have been released at this time. Β Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call 704-334-1600.
