Police Locate Missing Charlotte Man

UPDATE: Mack Thomas was this morning by Mint Hill PD.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police need your help locating a missing Charlotte man.

Investigators say Mack Thomas, 78, left his home on Turtle Point Road around 8am on September 5th to go to a drug store and never returned home.

Thomas has been diagnosed with a cognitive issue and there is some concern about his safety. Thomas was last seen driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan with North Carolina tag EAH-5964.

Thomas is described as a 78-year-old black male, 5’9″ tall, 175lbs and was last seen wearing suspenders, grey pants and an unknown color shirt.

Anyone who sees or has information regarding Thomas is asked to call 911 immediately.
