Charity 5K Rock βN Run at AvidXchange Music Factory for Eighth Year

1000 Music Factory Blvd.
This event has live music, vendors, raffle giveaways and healthy-living information. The run/walk was created to promote economic development, raise community awareness, and create business alliances in the North End Smart District. Proceeds from the event will help low-income residents in the area, via the program initiatives of Community Dream Builders, a Charlotte-based nonprofit that organizes the race.

Belk Theater at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center
In its 23rdΒ year, the festival has grown to include the sights of Yoga demonstrationsΒ and Indian art galleries, smells from North and South Indian cuisine such asΒ samosa chaatΒ and chickenΒ biryani,Β and sounds of Bollywood music and dance of a country that many Charlotteans call home. The two-day event takes place at Belk Theater at Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and on the twoΒ block of Tryon Street. Tickets are only $7 at the Gate or $6 online.Β Kids under 10 are free!
