Wilson’s World: Day 2 at the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – On Monday Wilson was at the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas to help kick off the 9/11 Memorial Blood Drive. But due to hurricanes Irma and Harvey blood drives across the southeast had been cancelled and large supplies of blood had been depleted due to the hurricanes. So the center decided to up the ante by keeping the drive open for 2 days and throwing in 4 pairs of tickets for an upcoming Carolina Panthers game.
Wilson was back at the center at 4447 South Blvd this morning where donors that stopped in either yesterday or before 8:30am this morning had the opportunity to win a pair of those Panthers tickets. And a big congrats to Kevin W, Craig P, Ryan L and Andrew P all winners of the Panthers tickets for taking time to donate blood.
But don’t forget you can still donate blood or organize a blood drive. Check out more at their website cbcc.us.
