Warm And Humid Week, Keeping An Eye On Maria

Thursday through Sunday will remain warm and humid with above average temperatures. Highs will reach for the mid to upper 80s with overnight lows in the mid 60s. Mostly clear skies are expected each day with just a slight chance for a passing shower, most areas will remain dry. Hurricane Maria will continue to track to the northwest and will remain just east of the Bahamas. The storm will then move to the north and remain just off of the southeast coast. At this time, no impacts are expected from this storm in Charlotte. We will continue to monitor the track into early next week.
