FORT MILL, S.C. — Police have charged a man for boarding a school bus and threatening the driver and a student.

Investigators say Lamarcus Colvin boarded the bus while it was stopped at a drop off location on Epps Road.

Colvin is accused of confronting the bus driver for writing up his son.  Colvin is then accused of yelling profanities and threatening bodily harm to the bus driver and another student who was on the bus.

Police say several students witnessed the encounter and surveillance video shows children hiding and crying on the bus while the incident unfolded.

Colvin has been charged with interfering with the operation of a school bus, assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
