Tariq Mosley turned himself in to authorities Wednesday, according to Salisbury Police. He is currently being held in the Rowan County Detention Center under no bond.

Salisbury Police have obtained warrants for Tariq Khalid Mosley Jr., 20, for the murder of Deshawn Patrick Clark.

On Friday, November 3, 2017, Mosley shot and killed Clark in the parking lot of the Taco Bell on E Innes Street in Salisbury.

SALISBURY, N.C. — Salisbury Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed near a local Taco Bell.

Officers were called to a shooting in the parking lot of the Taco Bell at 510 E Innes Street at 8:44 p.m. Friday night.

Authorities say the victim ran from the scene of the shooting to the nearby FT Tobacco Company and collapsed.

Police say the 30-year-old male victim was transported to Novant Rowan Regional Medical Center  where he died from a gunshot wound.

Several vehicles in the Taco Bell parking lot were damaged during the shooting.
