Wilson’s World: Previewing the 8th Annual Speedway Christmas
This year's Speedway Christmas kicks off November 19th and will be on display through December 31st.
CONCORD, N.C. –Β Β Wilson was at Charlotte Motor Speedway early this morning to give us a preview of this year’s 8th Annual Speedway Christmas which has become a Christmas tradition for thousands of people.
The Egg Nog Jog will kick off this years Speedway Christmas this Saturday evening at 6pm. Β Runners can still sign up for this non-timed fun run.Β There will also be fireworks after the run. Find more information at eggnogjog5k.com.
Speedway Christmas kicks off on SundayΒ with a 3.5 mile lights-to-music drive through light show that includes over 3,000,000 lights! Β Make sure to stop in at the Christmas Village to visit the petting zoo, Bethlehem village, horse-drawn wagon rides,Β photos with Santa, and more.Β And, again this year, families can come out and enjoy favorite holidayΒ movies on the giant 16,000- square foot high definition TV.Β They have also expanded movie nights to every village night β Thursday through Sunday!
