KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — A man is in custody following a fatal stabbing in Kings Mountain earlier this week.
Nathaniel White, 64, has been arrested and charged with the murder of 39-year-old Anthony Jerome Pettyjohn.

Police say Pettyjohn was found with severe lacerations underneath a carport at a residence on Gold Mine School Road, and died from his injuries at the scene.
