Wilson’s World: Giving Away Hornets’ Tickets Outside of Spectrum Center
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was outside of Spectrum Center this morning doing something he likes best…causing chaos and traffic jams! And he was giving away Charlotte Hornets tickets and Steve Smith Hornets bobblehead to morning commuters in the process.
This Saturday is Steve Smith Bobblehead Night honoring local icon and former NFL player Steve Smith when the team hosts the Phoenix Suns at Spectrum Center. The first 7,500 in attendance will receive an exclusive Steve Smith bobblehead. The night will include opportunities for fans to learn more about the Steve Smith Family Foundation and its efforts around domestic violence awareness.
Wilson also had one of those “awwww” moments when he met Buckets who is training to be a service dog for a veteran. The Charlotte Hornets Foundation has teamed up with Budweiser to have Buckets trained and given away to a veteran at their March 28th game against the Cavs. Buckets was trained by The Dog Knowledge in Charlotte.
