CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — A reward is being offered for the conviction of the person or persons who wired a dogs mouth shut in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
The dogs’ legs were also wired together and officials believe he was thrown out of a car Wednesday evening. Anyone with information on this case is asked to call 911.
