LENOIR, N.C. — A sinkhole has closed a road in the city of Lenoir indefinitely.
Officials say the City Of Lenoir Public Works Department has closed a section of Westview Street until workers can repair a 14-plus-foot sinkhole on the side of the road.
Westview will be closed between Grove Avenue SW and Wright Street SW. The sinkhole was discovered on April 16th.
