Wilson’s World: New Coffee Shop Opens In Plaza Midwood

Tired of the same old place to get your morning cup of Joe?

Well, there’s a new spot in town called Undercurrent Coffee and Wilson is there celebrating it’s grand opening!

Undercurrent just opened on Thursday, May 31st in Plaza Midwood.

Guests can expect a unique experience as the coffee shop brews a variety of exceptional coffees that are primarily roasted in the Ozarks by Onyx Coffee Lab. The shop’s teas are curated by SPIRIT Tea and all the delicious pastries are baked from scratch.

Undercurrent will also be offering classes and educational opportunities soon. Explore the shop’s lab for learning, which is home to one of the only Specialty Coffee Association Premier Training Campuses in North Carolina. Coffee drinkers can learn to brew or coffee professionals can hone their skills.
