Missing 73-Year-Old Man Found Safe

CHARLOTTE, NC — Police are asking for help finding 73-year-old Uok Cil.
Cil was last seen leaving theΒ Ichiban restaurant on Freedom Drive around 1:30pm Wednesday afternoon. Police say family members have looked for Cil, but have been unsuccessful in finding him.
Family members say he suffers from cognitive issues, and they are very concerned for his well being.
Cil is described as an Asian male, 5’2″, 100lbs, short partially gray hair, and brown eyes. He walks with a cane and was last seen wearing a grey long sleeve shirt, black pants, and green and white boots.
