CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. — A man has been arrested for murder in Caldwell County. Michael Osborne, 37, was arrested Friday and charged with the murder of Edgar Rigobert Mendoza Picazo.

The murder happened on June 25th at Grace Terrace Drive in Granite Falls, according to a news release. Osborne was identified as a suspect and arrested in the Hildebran area of Burke County.
Osborne is currently in the Caldwell County Detention Center under no bond.
