Wilson’s World: Visiting Moxie Mercantile in Plaza Midwood

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson loves to shop local.  This morning he was doing just that by visiting locally owned Moxie Mercantile in Plaza Midwood.

Moxie Mercantile, a unique lifestyle boutique, was created 3 years ago by Michelle and Clifton Castelloe who have been living in Plaza Midwood for 15 years.  Their products are based in elements of nature with a focus on touch of hand.  They bring together hand made items from across the world as well as locally made items. Moxie Mercantile also offers DIY workshop classes.

Nathan Lonnen of Nick Knack Decor showed some of his pieces that are carried in Moxie Mercantile. Wilson also went outside of the shop to talk with Torrie Savage and find out more about Driveway Art Company.  A group of women with pressure washers and great decorating ideas joined them.
