ALEXANDER COUNTY, N.C. — Deputies say they arrested an Alexander County man after an investigation found that he was sending pornographic videos and photos of children over the Internet at his home.
Thomas Phillips, 75, was arrested at his residence in Boomer. He has been charged with 44 counts of felony disseminate obscenity. He was placed under a $200,000 bond on July 16th.
