Wilson’s Moment of Good: Javier Negrete, Jr., Volunteer with The Arts Empowerment Project

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Not only was Wilson learning more about  The Arts Empowerment Project this morning but he was also presenting his latest ‘Wilson’s Moment of Good’ award to a volunteer with the group.  Javier ‘Javi’ Negrete, Jr. is a student at UNC Charlotte who volunteers and works hard for the kids at the project.
