CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A City of Charlotte employee is facing charges after someone reported a man exposing himself on a Charlotte street.
Kevin Rodgers, 45, is charged with Indecent Exposure after someone reported seeing him expose himself while sitting in a City of Charlotte water truck.

The incident happened in the 8300 block of Prince George Road, at about 10:41 a.m., on September 12th, 2018.
Officers were able to locate and arrest Rodgers as he attempted to leave the scene.
