Original Story (Sept. 11, 2018):

LINCOLNTON, NC — Ashley Lattimore and Douglas Queen, Jr. were arrested after investigators say a video surfaced showing them having a sexual encounter with a toddler.

The crimes are believed to have occurred within the past two years.

Deputies say the cell phone video was turned over to authorities on September 9th, and showed Lattimore, 27, and Queen, 29, both of Maiden, NC, encouraging the toddler to perform sexual acts on them both.

The couple reportedly admitted to their involvement in the crimes. Authorities say the female victim, between the age of one and three at the time the video was made, is a relative of both suspects.

They are each charged with one felony count of Indecent Liberties with a Child, Statutory Sex Offense of a Child, Sexual Child Abuse, Crime Against Nature, and First Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
