Wilson’s World: At Queen City Grounds Previewing the Pour Coffee Festival

The Pour Coffee Festival will be Sunday, March 10th at Lenny Boy Brewing on North Tryon Street in Charlotte.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was getting a robust cup of morning coffee while at Queen City Grounds this morning previewing the upcoming Pour Coffee Festival.  The festival is all about celebrating and elevating specialty coffee in Charlotte.

The festival which will be held on Sunday, March 10th at Lenny Boy Brewing is a celebration of all things coffee.  The festival began last year, but it has already turned into a must attend event for coffee lovers.  The event will feature 15 different roasters from North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia that will sampling their coffee.  There will also be specialty teas sampling as well as food and even some classes.  Lenny Boy Brewing is located at 3000 N. Tryon St in Charlotte.

Queen City Grounds will be joining with Pure Intentions Coffee for a Latte Art Throw Down to kick off the festival.  The public is invited to come in and watch the free event that will be on March 7th at 7:pm  at Pure Intentions Coffee and will include food and games as well.  Everyone is invited to come by and check out baristas compete with their best latte artwork.  Pure Intentions Coffee is located at 2215 N. Tryon Street in Charlotte.
