Hornets Prepare For Wizards As Season Winds Down
CHARLOTTE, NC — With only 18 games remaining in the season time is winding down for the Charlotte Hornets to make a playoff push.
They currently sit in 10th place in the Eastern Conference after letting another golden opportunity slip away when playing inside the Spectrum Center. The Hornets lost to the Miami Heat on Wednesday, a win that leap frogged Dwyane Wade and company into 8th.
The Hornets will face the Washington Wizards for the third time this season Friday night in Uptown. Charlotte will look to end their two game losing streak before embarking on a four game road trip
Head coach James Borrego says he is still willing to make changes to the rotations of who plays.
