Mountain communities can expect a wintry mix early Friday before all precipitation turns to rain during the afternoon, no significant accumulations are expected but some slick spots are possible. Cloudy skies will continue into Saturday with a slight chance for scattered showers, highs in the upper 50s. Rain chances will linger into early Sunday before we dry things out Sunday afternoon, much warmer with highs in the low 70s.
