Authorities say Sam Robinson was denied bond during a hearing Friday morning in York County.
Robinson is accused of killing two people found dead in a car in Rock Hill in February. He was recently extradited after being arrested in Charlotte.
Officials say he is being held at a juvenile justice center in Columbia, and not the Moss Justice Center in York.
Update (3/4/19):
Rock Hill Police say an arrest has been made in a double homicide that happened in February.
Sam Robinson has been charged with murder. He was taken into custody in Charlotte on March 1st. Police say Robinson is only 16-years-old but will be charged as an adult in the case.
Robinson is currently in the Mecklenburg County Jail awaiting an extradition hearing.

ROCK HILL, SC — Police say two people are dead after a shooting Tuesday afternoon in York County.
The Rock Hill Police Department has confirmed two people, identified as 20-year-old Zuinquarius McCrorey and 23-year-old Malik McCullough, both of Rock Hill, were found shot to death inside a car on S. Jones Avenue at Chestnut Street around 1:37pm.
Police say they were pronounced dead at the scene inside a Chevrolet Impala that struck a fence.
Police have not released anymore details on a possible motive or suspects.
